21 Air is a cargo airline.
Its plane crashed in Miami over Labor Day weekend.
The Boeing 767 ran off the runway on Sept. 6.
Five people died.
All five were in a van.
The van carried workers from a plane cleaning company.
Five other people were hurt.
Kelly Nantel is an Amazon spokesperson.
She said Amazon paused work with 21 Air.
21 Air ran Flight 7598.
She said Amazon will help the investigation.
Amazon will also help everyone affected.
The National Transportation Safety Board is looking at the pilots.
It is looking at air traffic controllers.
It is looking at maintenance history.
It is looking at airline practices.
It is looking at the stormy weather.
The airline is from North Carolina.
It flew packages for Amazon since 2024.
It also flies for DHL.
Robert Mintz is a DHL spokesman.
He did not say if DHL will keep using 21 Air.
He said the investigation is still going.
21 Air said it still wants to help the families.
21 Air said it trusts its safety rules and training.
Flight information came out on Sept. 9.
It showed one pilot warned the other.
The pilot said they were going too fast.
This was before landing and after touchdown.
The plane touched down far past the landing point.
There was little room to stop.
A tail wind may have pushed it more.
The Boeing was 32 years old.
It was built for passengers.
It became a cargo plane in 2015.
