After a day to mull things over and a chance to agree with the many New York Jets fans angered by his late-game clock management and crucial calls that backfired in a loss to the Green Bay Packers, coach Aaron Glenn doubled down instead.

He expressed no regrets, entertained no second thoughts, and offered no mea culpas for his fourth-quarter decisions that perhaps cost the Jets their first 2-0 start in 11 years.

With the score knotted at 17 and merely 1:20 remaining in regulation, the Jets, facing a fourth-and-1 from the 50-yard line, elected to go for it under Glenn's direction.

Braelon Allen was stopped for no gain, resulting in a turnover on downs that handed the Packers both the time and favorable field position.
