Warner Bros. Discovery will separate its TV channels from its online streaming service. This is because more people are choosing to watch shows online instead of on TV. The streaming company will have HBO and Warner Bros. The TV channels company will have CNN and Discovery. The current CEO, David Zaslav, will lead the streaming company. Gunnar Wiedenfels will be the new CEO of the TV channels company. They hope to finish this change by the middle of next year, if the board says yes. This change is happening because TV channels are having a difficult time with online streaming and other internet options.
