While in New York City next week for the United Nations General Assembly, the president is slated to engage in a series of meetings with other world leaders.

He is slated to partake in a “pull-aside” — an informal encounter, decidedly less structured than a formal bilateral sit-down — with acting Venezuelan President Delcy Rodriguez, as relayed by Mike Waltz, the United States ambassador to the United Nations.

Waltz further apprised reporters during a Friday call that Trump is slated to convene with Andy Burnham, the United Kingdom prime minister, as well as Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi.

Trump is likewise poised to convene with the leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
