An Illinois toy company, Learning Resources Inc., has gone to the highest court in the US to challenge President Trump. They say he put special taxes on imported goods without permission from Congress. The company won a case about this before, but another court is looking at a similar case, so the taxes are still being collected. Learning Resources says these taxes are really hurting businesses and people who buy things, and they need a quick decision. The company's boss, Rick Woldenberg, says the taxes are making things unclear and prices are going up. The company's lawyers want the court to decide by June if they will take the case and then discuss it in the autumn. President Trump's government says he can put these taxes in place during big problems for the country because of a special law.
