An Illinois toy company, Learning Resources Inc., has asked the Supreme Court to stop President Donald Trump's taxes on products from other countries. They say he used a special law for emergencies without getting permission from Congress. The company won a similar case before, but another court is looking at a similar rule, so the taxes are still being collected. Learning Resources says they cannot wait because the taxes are really hurting businesses and people who buy things. The CEO, Rick Woldenberg, says the taxes are making things unclear and prices go up a lot. The company's lawyers want the court to decide if they will take the case before June and talk about it in the fall. The Trump administration says the president can use the emergency law to control what comes into the country when there is a big problem for the nation.
