He did not say if they target space objects.

Other countries also share few details.

A group made a report.

The group is the Secure World Foundation.

The report is for 2026.

It uses public information.

It lists five kinds of counterspace tools.

It looks at 13 countries.

These include the U.S., Russia, China, India, Australia, France, Iran, and Israel.

Some satellites can move near other spacecraft.

They can inspect, disable, or destroy them.

Some missiles launch from land, air, or sea.

They destroy satellites by hitting them.

The report also covers jamming.

It covers lasers and high-power microwaves.

These can blind or damage satellite sensors.

It covers cyber attacks on space networks.

Victoria Samson works for the Secure World Foundation.

She said satellites in orbit are fairly open.

People can see them.

But their abilities are hard to understand.

A U.N. list links each object to a country.

But countries do not have to say what it is for.

In 2021, China tested a satellite with a robotic arm.

The arm can grab a system and move it.

In 2022, China used it to pull a dead satellite out of orbit.

Two years ago, the U.S. warned about Russia.

It said Russia was making a new space weapon.

The White House said the danger was not close.

Russia said this was not true.

The Outer Space Treaty came in 1967.

It bans nuclear weapons in orbit.

It bans other big weapons too.

Experts say it does not cover some new problems.
