Apple is worried about falling behind in new technology and artificial intelligence (AI). To try and catch up, Apple will hold its yearly Worldwide Developers Conference. This event might not be as exciting as in past years because it will mainly focus on updating its software. This includes giving iPhone apps a new look and changing the names of its operating system updates. Even though Siri's AI features have been delayed, Apple is still positive about its progress. However, while Apple deals with its AI challenges, competitors like Google and Samsung are adding more AI to their products, which is making the difference between them larger. Apple also faces possible problems from new government rules and trade disagreements, which could affect its income and how it makes things. Because of these issues, Apple's stock price has gone down by almost 20% this year. It is now the third most valuable company globally, after Microsoft and AI chipmaker Nvidia.
