Big company Nvidia cannot sell some computer parts, called H20 chips, to other countries because of new rules from the U.S.

Nvidia needs special permission from the U.S. to send computer parts to China. The U.S. is worried China might use the parts in a very strong computer.

Nvidia thinks it will lose a lot of money, $5.5 billion. This will happen before April 27. The price of the company's shares went down by 6%.

The H20 is a good computer chip from Nvidia. Nvidia can sell it to China now.

Maybe it is not a surprise. Nvidia said they will make some computer chips in the U.S. They will spend much money on this in the next four years. Some people said the company did not give many details.

Some people in the government said we should not sell the H20 chip to other countries. They said a company in China used it to make AI.

Nvidia did not want to give a comment.
