Romanian Defense Minister Radu Miruta called Russia a primary threat to the eastern flank.
He said over 1,000 U.S. troops are in Romania.
He also said Romania has no information suggesting a ground invasion is imminent.
Romania and Poland acquired the MEROPS counter-drone system.
Romania also signed a $2 billion air defense contract with an Israeli firm.
