Amazon has suspended its partnership with 21 Air, the cargo airline whose plane crashed in Miami over Labor Day weekend.
The Boeing 767 ran off the end of the runway on Sept. 6 and killed five people.
All five victims were in a van carrying workers from a plane cleaning company.
Five others were hurt.
Amazon spokesperson Kelly Nantel said the company paused operations with 21 Air, which operated Flight 7598.
She said Amazon would keep supporting the investigation and everyone affected.
The National Transportation Safety Board is examining the pilots' actions, air traffic controllers, maintenance history, airline practices and the stormy weather.
The North Carolina carrier had flown packages for Amazon since 2024 and also flies for DHL.
DHL spokesman Robert Mintz declined to say whether DHL would keep using 21 Air, citing the ongoing investigation.
21 Air said it remains focused on supporting the families affected.
It added that it is confident in its safety policies, procedures and training.
Flight information released Sept. 9 showed one pilot warned the other they were going too fast.
This happened before landing and after touchdown.
The plane touched down well beyond its intended landing point, leaving little room to stop.
A tail wind may have pushed it further.
The 32-year-old Boeing was built for passengers and converted to cargo in 2015.
