A judge in Massachusetts stopped President Trump's plan to change how people vote in the U.S. The judge agreed with some Democratic lawyers who said Trump's plan was not allowed by the law. Trump wanted people to show they were citizens to vote. He also wanted to only count votes sent by mail that arrived on election day. The judge said the President cannot make these changes. Another judge had already stopped parts of this plan before.
