Oprah Winfrey attended U2's opening night at the Sphere in 2023.
She was amazed by the multisensory show.
She wondered whether the arena's 4D technology could help people reach their highest potential.
Winfrey said the immersive experience could let people go deeper.
It could also help them feel awe about being alive.
That idea became "Oprah Winfrey's AHA," a two-hour live event set for April 2-4 at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
The $2.3 billion arena has hosted acts such as The Backstreet Boys, Phish, the Eagles and No Doubt.
Winfrey will appear with special guests and performances, including Jacob Collier, Ocean Vuong, Ajeet and Wintley Phipps.
Collaborators include composer Max Richter, musicians Jason White and Jon Hopkins, playwright Tarell Alvin McCraney and stage designer Es Devlin.
Tickets go on sale to the public Sept. 25.
Winfrey ended her talk show 15 years ago.
Last week, it marked its 40th anniversary of U.S. syndication.
She has since worked on her podcast, her OWN TV network and live events.
At 72, she said she is not ready to slow down completely.
She said she feels the urgency of time and has something to say.
Winfrey's influence remains large through her book club and her "Favorite Things" list.
She also has support from politicians.
She said she keeps asking why she was given this opportunity.
She does not take it for granted.
She hopes "AHA" attendees will seize their own opportunities.
She recalled Maya Angelou telling her that being obedient to the call led her to where she is.
