On Thursday, the White House's official website unveiled Arcade, an assemblage of five rudimentary-resolution video games meticulously crafted to champion disparate facets of President Donald Trump's policy agenda.
“Build the Wall” is a “Tetris” knockoff that transmutes the classic game into an endeavor to “Protect the border from the coming horde.”
In “Rio Run,” which bears a resemblance to the mobile favorite “Snake,” an icon evocative of Trump traverses the screen, amassing prospective border crossers.
In “Supply Line,” which presents as a condensed iteration of the arcade classic “Tapper,” comestibles traverse an assembly line, obliging the player to expunge any items failing to conform to “Make America Healthy Again” standards.
Two of the games unfold amid the skies above the nation’s capital.
In “Flappy Bill,” an eagle conveys a bill across the National Mall.
In “Trump Savings Tycoon,” your objective is to amass currency hurtling through the air to “Fill your kids’ Trump Accounts,” the administration’s savings initiative that proffers $1,000 to every child born during Trump’s tenure.
In a statement released Friday, The Tetris Company asserted that it “was not involved in the creation of ‘Build the Wall’ and did not authorize or license the Tetris brand or intellectual property for the game.”
Noting that the objective of the original game is to refrain from erecting a wall, the company asserted, “For more than 40 years, Tetris has brought people together across generations and cultures through play and joy.”
It further stated, “We are currently reviewing the matter.”
The White House unveiled Arcade across its social media channels through a sequence of animations parodying the loading screens of Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo.
In one such installment, the Sega logo metamorphoses into “MAGA,” evoking Trump’s “Make America Great Again” slogan.
This narrative was initially promulgated on September 3, 2026, and subsequently reissued on September 4 to integrate video content and append the Tetris Company's commentary.
