Thousands of users reported issues with their services, and reports of Spotify outages were highest around 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Google Cloud confirmed the problem, saying it had affected customers both in the country and internationally. Although Google Cloud found the main reason for the problem and started to fix it, they could not say when it would be completely resolved. Google Cloud, which is a big provider of internet services, is the fastest-growing part of Alphabet Inc., making $43.2 billion in revenue last year. This was a 31% increase from 2023, even though Alphabet still earns most of its profit from Google's search engine.
