Meta is putting $14.3 billion into Scale, an AI company. Scale's boss, Alexandr Wang, will join Meta's AI team. This is part of Meta's plan to make its AI better, like Google and OpenAI. Scale will stay separate, but Meta will own almost half of Scale. Wang will move to Meta with some people but stay on Scale's board. Jason Droege will be the new boss of Scale for now.
