Virkkunen said it's important to know who pays for ads online and who sees them. This helps keep things fair for everyone. People should know who is showing them ads, to protect elections, health, and from scams.

TikTok can talk to the group before they decide. They may have to pay money, up to 6% of their yearly money from everywhere.
