Amazon has a new robot for its warehouses. It can feel some things it touches.
This robot has two arms. One arm moves things in a storage area. The other arm has a camera and picks up items. It uses sensors to feel when it touches something.
Amazon says Vulcan uses real information, like touch. It picks about 75% of Amazon's things. It can learn to be better. The robot is in Spokane, USA, and Hamburg, Germany. It has handled 500,000 orders.
Vulcan is a new robot at Amazon. Amazon has many robots in its buildings. Some people think robots will take jobs. But Amazon says robots help workers and make the buildings safer.
