The Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Indiana Pacers 123-107 in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, making the series tied at 1-1. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored the most points for the Thunder with 34, and Alex Caruso added 20 points from the bench. This was the team's first win in the Finals since 2012. Even though the Pacers won Game 1, they could not play well enough to win Game 2, despite trying to catch up in the third quarter. The Pacers are the first team since Miami in 2013 to not have any player score 20 points in the first two games of the Finals. Gilgeous-Alexander also became the player with the most points in these playoffs. The series will now go to Indianapolis for Game 3, which is the city's first Finals game in 25 years.
