American tennis player Coco Gauff won her second big title at the French Open, a trophy she had wanted for a long time. Gauff beat Aryna Sabalenka, who is ranked number one. She got the idea from Olympic champion Gabby Thomas, who writes positive notes to herself. Gauff used this method, writing many times that she would win the French Open before the final match. Even though most people didn't expect her to win, Gauff stayed calm and focused during the match. Sabalenka, on the other hand, had trouble controlling her feelings. Gauff has found it helpful to show her emotions before games, which helps her stay calm during matches. After her win, Gauff plans to play in the grass-court season and might play in a tournament in Berlin before going to Wimbledon.
