On Friday, Asian markets started lower after Israel attacked Iran. This made oil prices go up a lot because people were more worried about Iran's nuclear plans. Stock markets in Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Australia all went down. However, an expert from The Economist Intelligence believes Asian markets will get better quickly. This is because they are not very involved in the conflict and have good connections with countries like Saudi Arabia. In the U.S., stocks went up on Thursday because of good news about prices. This news also made it seem more likely that the Federal Reserve might lower interest rates this year.
