South Korea wanted to build power plants in the Czech Republic. A court said 'stop'. But South Korea still thinks they will build them.
A group from South Korea wanted to make a deal. But a court stopped them. A company from France was not happy.
A minister from South Korea said a court decision will not stop a deal. He said the deal will still happen on time. He also said Czech leaders did not think the court would stop the deal. He said CEZ will ask the court to change its decision.
We don't know when the court will decide.
The Czech government said yes to the plan.
The leader of the Czech Republic, Petr Fiala, said his government is okay with the court's choice. He also said he thinks the judges know how important this is for the country's safety.
Lee Ju-Ho from South Korea said his country will talk a lot with the Czech Republic about the deal.
Last week, one company went to court because they were not happy about who was chosen to build two big power plants.
Yoon Suk Yeol, South Korea's leader before last month, wanted to sell more nuclear power plants to other countries. He said the old government stopped this. His government planned to sell 10 nuclear plants by 2030.
