Tropical Storm Edouard moved toward the Gulf Coast on Tuesday.
It brought rain to parts of Texas and Louisiana.
The National Hurricane Center warned that it could become a hurricane.
It could also cause flooding.
The storm was expected to reach land in Texas later Tuesday.
After that, it was expected to weaken quickly.
On Tuesday morning, Edouard was about 30 miles south of Cameron, Louisiana.
It was also 50 miles southeast of Port Arthur, Texas.
Its strongest winds were 50 mph.
The storm was moving northwest at 8 mph.

Flash flooding was likely in low areas and cities.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said flooding was the biggest expected problem.
