An Illinois toy company wants the Supreme Court to stop President Trump's taxes on imported goods. They say he used an emergency law to add these taxes without Congress agreeing. The company won in a lower court before, but another court is now looking at a similar case, so the taxes are still being collected. The company says the taxes are hurting businesses and people who buy things because prices are going up. The company wants the Supreme Court to decide soon if they will hear the case. President Trump's team says he can use the emergency law to control imports when there is a national emergency.
