Kilmar Abrego Garcia worked in Maryland. He said he did not move people illegally. This happened in Tennessee. His lawyers said he was sent to El Salvador by mistake. They said the charges are wrong. A court said he could come back. His lawyers said the people who spoke for the government were not honest. They said these people got help with their papers. In 2022, police stopped him in Tennessee. He was driving nine people. Police thought he was moving people illegally. But they let him go with a warning. Before the court, the government said he was bad and might run away. They said he moved drugs and guns. They also said he hurt women. Because of this, Ben Schrader left his job. He worked for the government in Tennessee.
