The US plans to cancel visas for some Chinese students, which is making students in the country feel unsure about their future. This decision affects students in important subjects and those connected to the Chinese Communist Party. China sends many international students to the US, with over 270,000 studying there in the 2023-2024 school year. China has complained to the US, and its Foreign Ministry spokesperson said the decision is "unreasonable" and "discriminatory." This situation has made relations between the two countries difficult, and some Chinese students are now choosing to study in other places. Because of this uncertainty, Hong Kong and other countries are offering chances for these students.
