SpaceX's recent Starship test flight had several problems. For example, a door didn't open completely, which stopped the release of practice satellites. Also, the spacecraft spun out of control and broke into pieces as it fell into the Indian Ocean. However, Elon Musk said they made good progress compared to the last two tests and plan to launch more often. This flight was the first to use a recycled booster, but it also broke into pieces and fell into the Gulf of Mexico. The main goal was to test the spacecraft's heat shield during its return to Earth, but they couldn't do this because they lost control and communication. These tests are very important for NASA's plans to use Starship to send astronauts back to the moon.
