SpaceX's latest Starship test flight faced many problems. A door did not open completely, which stopped the release of fake satellites. The spacecraft also spun out of control and broke apart when it re-entered the atmosphere over the Indian Ocean. This meant the main goal of testing the heat shield during a controlled re-entry could not be achieved because control and communication were lost. These tests are very important for NASA, as they plan to use Starship to send astronauts to the moon. Despite these issues, CEO Elon Musk pointed out the progress made compared to earlier tests and said they would launch more often. It was also the first time they used a recycled booster, but it broke into pieces when it hit the Gulf of Mexico.
