Comey put a photo of shells on Instagram. He said the shells looked like numbers. The numbers were "86 47".

Some people who worked with Trump said Comey wanted Trump to be killed. Noem said the police are looking into this.

The dictionary Merriam-Webster says "86" can mean "throw out" or "refuse." It also says it can mean "kill," but this meaning is new and not common.

The message is gone now. Comey then wrote, "I put up a picture of shells from the beach. I thought it was about politics. I didn't know some people think those numbers mean fighting."

Comey's words made some people angry online. Donald Trump Jr. said Comey wanted bad things to happen to his father.

Kash Patel from the FBI knew about the message. He talked to the Secret Service about it.

James Blair works at the White House. He said this job is at a hard time because Trump is in the Middle East now.

Blair said on X that Jim Comey wants bad people to hurt the President while he is in the Middle East.
