TikTok can answer before the group makes its final choice. This choice could mean TikTok pays a fine. The fine could be 6% of TikTok's yearly money from all over the world.

The EU is checking if TikTok did enough to stop problems in Romania's election. Last year, the election had issues and some people said Russia interfered.
