Google's app for iPhones has a new button called 'Simplify.' It helps you understand hard words on websites. You can use it on the website.
Simplify makes text easy to read. It helps people understand and remember information better.
Google wants you to use its tools to understand difficult things. It does not want you to use other tools like ChatGPT.
You can make text simple. Select text on a web page in the Google app. Tap the "Simplify" icon. Then you see text that is easier to read. This helps you understand the information.
Google shows an example of how this new thing works.
This sickness is bad for your lungs. It hurts the small bags in your lungs. This is called emphysema. It also makes scars in your lungs. This is called fibrosis. The cells that fight sickness in your lungs change. Your body makes things that help these cells. The small tubes that carry blood in your lungs also change a lot.
Google says they want to help people understand hard things when they learn online.
We want our computer programs to write difficult ideas in an easy way. The new words should help people understand hard things without changing the main meaning.
Simplify is coming to iPhones this week.
