Rick Carlisle, the Pacers' coach, said they need to be very determined to win the series. If the Thunder win Game 4, the series will be tied 2-2. Then, the Thunder will play two of the last three games at home, which is an advantage for them. Myles Turner from the Pacers, who played well in Game 3, is sick but is expected to play in Game 4.
