The Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Indiana Pacers 123-107 in Game 2 of the NBA Finals, making the series tied at 1-1. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the Thunder's best scorer with 34 points, and Alex Caruso added 20 points from the bench. This was the team's first Finals win since 2012. Although the Pacers won Game 1, they had difficulty in Game 2, even with a short comeback in the third quarter. The Pacers are the first team since Miami in 2013 not to have any player score at least 20 points in the first two games. Gilgeous-Alexander also became the player who scored the most points in all of these playoffs. The series will now move to Indianapolis for Game 3. This will be the city's first Finals game in 25 years.
