Freddie Freeman got two hits and hit a triple when the bases were full. The Los Angeles Dodgers won against the Miami Marlins 10-1 on Wednesday.

Freeman helped his team win by getting four runs. He has now hit the ball well in 12 games in a row. His team, the Dodgers, are the best team in baseball. They won two out of three games in Miami and have won their last four series. Freeman played well in the series, hitting the ball 8 times out of 13, getting six runs, and hitting two home runs.

Shohei Ohtani hit a triple and walked three times on Wednesday. In the seventh inning, the pitcher walked him on purpose. This happened when his team scored six runs against the pitcher Lake Bachar.

James Outman hit a home run with three runners on base in the last part of the game. This made the Dodgers' lead bigger.

Landon Knack (2-0) played well after coming from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday. He let the other team get only four hits and no runs. He also struck out five players. Matt Sauer also came and took Knack's place. Sauer pitched the last four innings and got his first save.

Miami pitcher Valente Bellozo played well. He allowed only one hit and struck out seven batters in over five innings. Another pitcher, Cade Gibson, came in after him. Ohtani hit the ball well against Gibson.

New player Augustin Ramirez hit the ball well for the Marlins team. They have lost nine of their last eleven games.

Jesús Sánchez hit the ball in the sixth inning and helped Miami score their only point in the ninth inning.

In the seventh inning, the Dodgers started scoring a lot against Bachar. He let one player walk, and then two hits brought in runs. Bachar then let two more players walk, so all the bases were full. Freeman hit a triple that brought in three runs, and another player hit a single that brought in one more run.

The Dodgers only hit the ball one time in the first five parts of the game against Bellozo. After that, they hit the ball 11 times off four other Miami pitchers.

The Dodgers will play four games in Arizona starting on Thursday. The Marlins will not play on Thursday. On Friday, Max Meyer will pitch the first game of three games against the Chicago White Sox.
