Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's party spread claims on Thursday.
The claims are not proven.
The party said Arab-led parties "stole" the election.
It said foreign help may be involved.
Final results were expected soon.
They were expected to confirm a loss.
Netanyahu's bloc lost its majority in parliament.
The opposition accused Netanyahu of demonizing Arab citizens.
Arab-led parties had a historic showing.
The opposition said he was trying to delegitimize the results.
Likud has spread claims of wrongdoing by Arab-led parties.
This started after exit polls showed a setback for Netanyahu.
The vote was on Tuesday.
The rhetoric increased later.
Supreme Court Justice Noam Sohlberg heads the election committee.
He said he had received "serious suspicions" of foreign interference.
He wrote a letter to the Shin Bet security agency.
He said he could not verify the claims.
He asked the agency to investigate.
Likud responded with a statement.
The statement said, "The elections in Israel have been stolen!"
Likud claimed without evidence that the interference aimed at a foreign takeover of the Knesset.
It said the aim was to topple the right-wing government.
Israeli media reported that Likud members were accusing Qatar.
Qatar quickly denied the allegations.
Qatar called them "ridiculous and dangerous."
Netanyahu's main rival is former military chief Gadi Eisenkot.
Eisenkot said Likud was trying to delegitimize the results.
He said this was because Likud lost.
He joked that he welcomed Netanyahu condemning Qatari involvement in Israel.
Netanyahu appeared to be trying to block an alliance.
The alliance would be between his opponents and the Arab parties.
He has suggested it would be treasonous for Eisenkot to join with them.
The Shin Bet said its investigation was not meant to blame an entire community.
That community voted lawfully.
The election committee said allegations of systematic violations were baseless.
Nearly all votes were counted.
Israeli media projected 53 seats for Netanyahu's bloc.
It projected 48 seats for Eisenkot's bloc.
It projected 19 seats for Arab-led parties.
Netanyahu would face long-standing corruption allegations if he loses office.
He would also face an inquiry into security failures.
The failures were behind the Hamas-led attack of Oct. 7, 2023.
