People say that Russian soldiers have taken four villages near the border in Ukraine's Sumy region. This area is next to Russia's Kursk region, where Ukrainian soldiers took some land last year. This happened after Russian President Vladimir Putin said he wanted to make a safe area along the border to stop Ukraine from coming in. Even though Russia has bombed less recently, the war is still going on, and peace talks have not worked well. The only good thing from recent talks is that many prisoners were traded. Keith Kellogg, a special US representative for Ukraine, has not yet received a plan from Putin about a possible peace agreement. While there have been many bombings, Russia used fewer drones to attack from Monday to Tuesday. Now, Russian soldiers are trying to move more into Sumy, and Ukrainian soldiers are trying to keep their places.
