Kristi Noem said she will continue Trump's plan for people coming to the country, even if people protest. A judge said soldiers cannot help at protests, but a higher court said they can. The judge's rule was only for soldiers, not other military groups. Governor Gavin Newsom liked the judge's rule. Anna Kelly from the White House said the president is doing what he is allowed to do. People are still protesting everywhere. Immigration officers in LA are showing others how to do things. But Noem said the government will not stop.
