A jury in Las Vegas found Duane "Keffe D" Davis guilty.
He killed Tupac Shakur in 1996.
Shakur was a famous rap star.
Davis is 63 years old.
He was guilty of murder with a deadly weapon.
The jury said this on Monday.
He could go to prison for life.
The jury talked for less than three hours.
The trial took many weeks.
Prosecutors said Davis got a gun.
He went to find Shakur and Marion "Suge" Knight.
Knight started Death Row Records.
Earlier that night, the men beat up Davis' nephew.
Davis did not shoot the gun.
But prosecutors said he was a gang leader.
He called for the gunfire.
Defense lawyer Michael Sanft said there was no proof.
The proof did not connect Davis to the shooting.
Shakur was in Las Vegas on Sept. 7, 1996.
A white Cadillac came near him.
Then someone shot him.
He died six days later.
Davis is the only man alive from the four men.
Prosecutors said the four men were in the Cadillac.
Davis spoke about it in public.
He wrote a book about it.
He said he was there.
Shakur's sister cried after the verdict.
Her name is Sekyiwa "Set" Shakur.
She hugged prosecutors.
Davis' son covered his face with one hand.
The judge will decide the sentence.
That will happen in October.
Hip-hop fans waited for this for many years.
The Notorious B.I.G. was killed six months after Shakur.
That killing is still not solved.
