The judge says people can say no to leaving the country.

Lawyers asked a judge in Massachusetts to help on Wednesday.

He said in March that people can stay in their country if leaving is not safe for them.

On Wednesday, he said sending people to Libya now is not allowed. The Court said no. He also asked the government to give information about the problems.

Also, the government sent people to Panama and Costa Rica. These people were not from those countries.

When people go to another country, it is important to think if it is fair and if they will be safe, especially in El Salvador.

The US wants to send people from Central America to other countries. The US did not say if Libya is one of these countries.

President Trump asked a government group questions. A woman from the group said she cannot say if they will send people to Libya.

The government in Tripoli said on Wednesday they did not agree with the U.S. to take people. But they said other groups might have agreed.

This means the other group in east Libya. A strong leader, Khalifa Hifter, is in charge there. For many years, Libya has had two groups in charge, one in the east and one in the west. Different armies and countries support them.

The army in eastern and southern Libya said they will not take people from America.

The Libyan army says migrants cannot come to their land.

People hurt migrants in prisons in Libya.

Migrants said they were beaten and hurt many times. People asked their families for money. Their bodies had marks from old and new hurts. They had marks from bullets and knives on their backs, legs, arms, and faces.
