Some people from other countries were told they must go back to Libya. But they are not from Libya. People say bad things happen to people in Libya. A judge said they can stay and ask a court to stop them from going to Libya.

The government wants to send people who are not citizens to other countries. Some people say this is not good. They want to stop it.

Sending people to Libya is not good because Libya is not kind to people who move there.

A person from the U.S. said they wanted to fly people to Libya by plane.

Some people were told they must go back to their countries. Some were told they must go to other countries like Libya or Saudi Arabia.

In Texas, police told six people in a room to sign papers. The papers said they had to go to Libya. Their families told lawyers about this.

The lawyers wrote that when everyone said no, they put each person in a separate room alone with metal on their hands. They wanted them to sign the paper.

A man from the Philippines learned he would go to Libya. His lawyer wrote to ICE. The lawyer said his client was scared to go to Libya. He said his client needs to talk to someone before he goes.

Bad things happen to migrants in Libya. People hurt them in prisons. The UN says this is true. They say people were killed, hurt, and made slaves.
