Amazon has stopped working with 21 Air.

This is the cargo airline whose plane crashed in Miami over Labor Day weekend.

The Boeing 767 ran off the end of the runway on Sept. 6.

Five people died.

All five were in a van.

The van carried workers from a plane cleaning company.

Five other people were hurt.

Amazon spokesperson Kelly Nantel said the company paused work with 21 Air.

The airline operated Flight 7598.

She said Amazon will keep helping the investigation.

It will also keep helping everyone affected.

The National Transportation Safety Board is looking at the pilots' actions.

It is also looking at air traffic controllers, maintenance history, airline practices and the stormy weather.

The North Carolina airline had flown packages for Amazon since 2024.

It also flies for DHL.

DHL spokesman Robert Mintz would not say if DHL will keep using 21 Air.

He said the investigation is still going on.

21 Air said it is still focused on helping the families affected.

It said it is confident in its safety policies, procedures and training.

Flight information came out on Sept. 9.

It showed one pilot warned the other.

The pilot said they were going too fast before landing and after touching down.

The plane touched down well past its landing point.

This left little room to stop.

A tail wind may have pushed it further.

The Boeing was 32 years old.

It was built for passengers and changed to carry cargo in 2015.
