Donald Trump said he will make taxes on steel from other countries bigger, to help steel workers in Pennsylvania.

Later, he wrote on Truth Social. He said the tax on aluminum will be 50%. He said this will start on Wednesday.

Trump spoke at a steel factory near Pittsburgh. He said a company from Japan will give money to the American steel company. They will share more information later.

Trump is in Washington. He told reporters he must say 'yes' to the deal.

I need to say yes to the last paper for the Nippon plan. We don't have it now. But they said they will do a lot, and it costs a lot of money.

Trump first said no to Japan buying US Steel. Then he changed his mind. Now, Japan will own part of US Steel.
