A court said a student can go back to New England for court meetings.

A court in New York made a decision for a woman named Rumeysa Ozturk. The court did not agree to the government's request to wait. Rumeysa wrote an article about the school and the war. She has been in Louisiana for more than six weeks because of the article.

The judge said Ozturk must go to ICE in Vermont by May 14.
