Nearly 200 activists in Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s "Make America Healthy Again" movement have criticized President Donald Trump.

They do not like his plan to use coal for AI data centers.

They sent a letter on Friday to Trump, Kennedy, and other officials.

The letter says no to a 2025 executive order that supports coal.

It asks for clean energy options like solar and geothermal power.

The activists said American AI leadership should not hurt children more.

They said it should not bring a bigger toxic burden for kids.

White House spokesperson Taylor Rogers answered.

He said emissions hit a 30-year low during Trump's first term.

He said Trump had a mandate to stop radical climate policies.

Important people behind the letter are Zen Honeycutt and Charles Eisenstein.

Both worked for Kennedy's campaign before.

Honeycutt said she asked the MAHA Action PAC to sign the letter.

She got no reply.

This letter is the first big MAHA action about fossil fuels.

Many in the movement are unhappy with the administration.

They are upset about pesticides and less environmental rules.

Some say they will vote on issues, not by party, this fall.

The letter asks for clear review of data center locations and power sources.
