People on another website were happy about the hack. One person said the hacker was in 4chan's computer system for more than one year.

Pictures online show 4chan's secret parts. They show code and ways to stop users. Only 4chan workers can see this. The pictures also show names of workers. Some workers can delete things, but they can't see everything like other workers.

The people who work on these websites might have problems because of the computer attack.

TechCrunch sent emails to people. One person said the information is true.

"I think that is true," the cleaner said.

The worker told TechCrunch: "I am surprised. This is a big problem. I am not happy. Many people are not happy. But we have done this work for a long time. People sometimes share private things about others on 4chan. We knew this could happen to us."

The janitor said, "I was worried about the secret information. A hacker took control of 4chan. This is bad for the website."

The worker said the hacker took private information from people who pay for 4chan Pass. They pay to not see post numbers and go to a special part of the website.
