Lawyers want to change rules for college sports teams.

Lawyers said schools should make a list of players they do not want anymore.

These students can try to play sports again at their old school, but it's not sure. Or, they can go to a new school.

These players are not part of the new team rules.

The plan would also help young players who could not play.

Wilken agreed to the main parts of the deal. This deal lets schools give money to their players. Each school can give up to $20.5 million every year. Also, players will get over $2.7 billion. This money is for players who said they could not make money from their name or picture before.

The new plan came after two weeks. The judge said the first plan was not okay.

The plan changes the rules for school sports teams. Now, teams can have a certain number of players. For example, a football team can have 105 players, and a wrestling team can have 30 players. Schools can give money for school to every player, but this costs a lot. So, some players may not get money.

Wilken felt bad for the players who could not play on the team anymore.

He said they must change it, or the plan will stop.

The lawyers said they did more. Schools could take back players they stopped. This did not count against their limit. New schools could also do this.

They said the changes were more than the court wanted.

The lawyers said the sports players might not get back on the team.

The schools can choose which players are on their teams. This is still true.

People who don't like the plan can tell the judge before she decides. Steve Berman, a lawyer for the people who sued, said this week that the people who don't like the plan will not be happy.
