On Wednesday, Sokola started to tell a new group of people her story.

Sokola didn't look at Weinstein when she walked past him in court. A higher court said his first trial was wrong, so there is a new trial. Sokola says he hurt her, and that is why she is speaking in court.

Sokola will speak again on Thursday. Lawyers have not asked her about Weinstein yet. They said she met him in New York in 2002. She was there for modeling.

The woman said the man hurt her in a hotel in 2006.
