A new report says that European companies in China are trying to save money and invest less. This is because China's economy is growing slower, and there is a lot of competition, which makes prices go down. The report also says that problems in China, like the housing market and other countries not wanting to buy as many Chinese products, are hurting these companies. The report shows that the Chinese government is giving money to some industries, like electric cars. This means there are too many of these products being made. This has caused companies to lower their prices a lot to sell them. Because of this, companies are looking to sell their products in other countries. In Europe, people are worried that more products coming from China could be bad for European businesses and jobs. The EU has put taxes on electric cars from China because they think China is helping those companies unfairly. The report shows that businesses are not feeling as confident or making as much money as before.
