The targets were in Abha, Jazan, Najran, and Khamis Mushait.

The Saudi Energy Ministry said fires started at many oil places and utility places.

These places are in the south.

Work there stopped for a time.

The area has a big oil factory in Jazan.

It makes 400,000 barrels each day.

Firefighters fought the fires on Tuesday morning.

A Houthi military leader spoke.

His name is Yahya Saree.

He said they fired many missiles and drones.

The targets were oil places, a business area in Jazan, Aramco places, and King Khalid Air Base.

He blamed Saudi Arabia for the fight.

He said they will answer any attack.

Saudi Arabia's foreign minister spoke.

His name is Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

He said the Houthis use violence for their own goals.

He said the kingdom will protect itself.

The attacks came after the rebels blamed Saudi Arabia for a bomb on a prison in Yemen.

That bomb killed at least seven people.

The new fighting can start Yemen's war again.

That war has killed at least 150,000 people since 2014.
