On Friday night, Iran shot missiles at Israel. Some people believe a few hit Tel Aviv. Israel's army said they stopped most of the missiles, but some hit buildings. Hospitals in Tel Aviv are helping 15 people who were hurt. This attack is a big test for Israel's defense system. This system has been stopping rockets from different countries since the war began on October 7, 2023. The US helped Israel by shooting down some Iranian missiles. But Israel has mostly defended itself for the past year with its good system. This system can see rockets coming and stop them if they are going towards cities or important places. Israel has different defense systems: Arrow for long-distance missiles, David's Sling for middle-distance missiles, and Iron Dome for short-distance rockets. Israel is also making a new system called Iron Beam that uses lasers to stop dangers.
